At Timeless Tiles, we’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Each custom photo magnet is handmade with care. Please allow 24 hours for production.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days via USPS or similar carriers.
  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only.

💬 Refund Policy

Because each order is made just for you, we do not offer refunds on custom magnets.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If:

  • We made a mistake on your order, or
  • The final product arrives damaged or below standard

We’ll be happy to issue a store credit or offer a replacement.

To start a claim, email us at info@timelesstilesco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
